So far so good; just had the house converted to a/c last week and it's working beautifully. The workers were efficient, very professional and best of all... clean. Had to have part of my ducting replaced. Ian was/is a pleasure to deal with and very competent. I said so far so good because it hasn't been that hot to try the a/c at its full glory but I have the feeling that it's going to be a good summer. The Nest thermostat promised is something else.

Ian called us at 10:00 on a Tuesday morning, came right over, fixed two refrigerated a/c units, charged us $75.00 and was on his way about 2:00 in the afternoon. He came back a few days later with a new thermostat just like he said he would and presto changio our house is cool all over for an additional $80.00 in parts! He was highly professional and knowledgeable as well. Overall, fantastic service, and a fantastic price.
